Fight Fit Academy Giveaway: Terms and Conditions. Promotion code FF-PROMO-2026-12-MOTORBIKE — a trade promotion game of chance conducted under Queensland law.

3.Promotion period
Opens on the date this page is first published and closes at 5:00pm AEST 17 December 2026. Entries outside this period are invalid.
4.Eligibility
Queensland residents aged 18+. Not eligible: employees and staff of the Promoter (including staff memberships), their immediate families, and members whose access is provided through Fitness Passport.
5.Free entry
No purchase necessary. Eligible persons may receive 1 free entry by completing the free entry form on this website during the promotion period, limit one per person.
6.Entries with a purchase
Products are at their normal price, not increased because of the promotion. Day Pass $25 = 10 entries; 7-Day Pass $59 = 30; 30-Day Pass $149 = 100; Foundation Membership $49.99/week + $99 joining fee = 250; Family Membership $89.99/week + $99 joining fee = 400; Fight Fit App $40/month = 25. Membership and app entries are awarded once per promotion, not per billing period. Entries are allocated only after successful payment and are void if the payment is refunded or reversed.
7.Existing members
Existing members with an active paying membership during the promotion period receive 250 entries, awarded once.
8.Key fob entries
Eligible paying members earn 10 additional entries for each recorded key fob entry to the Yeppoon gym during the promotion period, based on the Promoter's access records.
9.Entry records
Entries are recorded in the Promoter's systems and these records are final. Totals are confirmed by email. Entries are not transferable and have no cash value.
10.Draw
6:00pm AEST on 18 December 2026 at Fight Fit Academy, 13 Queen St, Yeppoon QLD 4703, streamed on Facebook Live and the Fight Fit Member App. The winner is selected at random by an electronic random selection process, each valid entry having an equal chance.
11.Prize
One brand-new 2026 Yamaha YZ450F motorcycle (RRP $16,049 AUD), or a $10,000 AUD cash alternative at the winner's choice. Total prize value up to $16,049 AUD.
12.Prize conditions
Off-road model. Registration, insurance, licensing, delivery outside Yeppoon, fuel, safety gear and ongoing costs are not included unless the Promoter confirms otherwise in writing. Not transferable. If unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
13.Winner notification
The winner is notified by phone and email within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name, last initial and suburb are published on the Promoter's Facebook page and website within 7 days.
14.Claiming the prize
The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the draw with proof of identity, age and Queensland residency.
15.Redraw
If unclaimed within 30 days or the winner is ineligible, a redraw takes place at 6:00pm AEST on 18 January 2027 at the same venue under the same conditions.
16.Verification
The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, gives false information or breaches these terms.
17.Privacy
Personal information is collected to run the promotion and contact the winner, and may be used to send Fight Fit Academy marketing, which entrants can unsubscribe from at any time.
18.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss or damage arising from the promotion or prize, except liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
19.Meta
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram). Entrants release Meta from any liability.
20.Records & tax
The Promoter keeps records as required by Queensland law. Any tax implications of the prize are the winner's responsibility.
